| Dr. Anna M. Bacher is commited to helping athletes in their pursuit of excellence regardless of age, ability, level of play, or sport. She helps all athletes to achieve higher levels of performance, greater enjoyment of their sport, and learn greater life skills through techniques such as EMDR.
Successful athletes know the tremendous importance of the mental aspect of their sport. Mental conditioning is a vital component for athletes at the college, olympic and profesional levels, as well as for the serious and recreational athlete.
Dr. Anna M. Bacher received her Doctor of Psychology degree from Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 1999, and her Masters degree in Psychology from Duquesne University in 1989. She is a member of AASP - Association for Applied Sport Psychology and APA - American Psychological Association. Dr. Bacher is also an athlete, and has played competitively in numerous sports including tennis, golf and basketball. She has played semi-professional softball as well. |
